Luxurious retreat with stunning interiors.

Firstly I was given the wrong room. Then I was overcharged for my add on services and the room service food was really bad for its price. For their cost per night, the rooms do not meet the standards. The door was broken in the bathroom, the lights didn't work in two places, the glasses were dirty, the coffee machine did not work and the buffet breakfast was awful.

The superior room delivered a pleasant ambiance and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive. Breakfast featured fresh salmon, which was a delightful highlight. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly due to dust and dirt under the bed, which was quite alarming. Additionally, the pillow situation was frustrating as they kept disappearing into a large gap at the headboard, making sleep uncomfortable.

Good value for a short stay in Fourways. The staff were incredibly friendly and I loved the welcome Lindt chocolates. Consider asking for a room away from the main corridor for better sleep.

The Palazzo Hotel's breathtaking architecture and the impeccable service from the staff made our stay remarkable. The personalized welcome in our room was a delightful touch that truly enhanced our experience.

The room was beautifully spacious and had a lovely view of the gardens with peacocks wandering around, which made our stay special. We enjoyed some great relaxation time by the outdoor swimming pool and treated ourselves to a massage at the wellness center. Just a heads up, the nearby shopping isn’t super convenient, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🦚

The staff were super friendly, and I loved how they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The gardens are fine, made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay knowing we could just walk over to the casino and restaurants when we wanted.
